The collaboration with CreativePrints is governed by the following terms, which ensure the quality of our services and the smooth service of our partner network.
Network Membership Requirements
Professional Status: Wholesale prices are exclusively for professionals (Graphic Designers, Advertising Agencies, Clothing Stores, E-shops). The approval of the account is made after checking the company's details.
Minimum Order: To activate reseller prices, the minimum quantity is set to 10 pieces per design/print.
Technical Specifications & File Preparation
To ensure maximum quality, files should be sent ready for printing following the following specifications:
DTF (Direct To Film) prints:
Roll width 30cm / Usable printing width 28cm.
Format: .TIFF, .PNG (transparent), .PDF (Vector), .AI or .EPS at 300 dpi (CMYK).
Attention: Do not mirror the drawings.
Sublimation Printing:
Roll width 60cm / Usable width 58cm ή A3 sheet (29.7 x 42.0 cm).
Format: .PDF, .JPG or .PNG at 300 dpi (RGB profile).
Attention: Do not mirror the drawings.
File Specifications
Files required Vector (.ai, .eps, .pdf) or High resolution PNG (300dpi) with transparent background.
Payment Policy (60/40)
Advance payment 60%: To start production and commit materials.
40% Repayment: The remaining amount is paid in full before sending of the products.
Orders remain at our facilities until full payment is confirmed.
Additional Charges & Services
Sizes: The sizes 3XL are burdened with +0.70€/piece., while the sizes 4XL & 5XL with +1.50€/piece.
Individual Packaging: The folding and placing in an individual PP bag service is charged at +0.50€/piece.
Creative/Editing: In the event that the files are not sent ready and intervention from our creative department is required, there is an additional charge upon consultation.
Delivery Times & Shipping
The usual production time is 3 to 7 business days from the final approval of the model and the deposit of the advance payment.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise specified in special offers.
