How our service works
At CreativePrints we print DTF prints in 30cm wide roll with the charge being made with the current measure. We use the industrial printer Textek T30 with double heads Epson i1600, ensuring top speed and quality directly from our production.
DTF Stamp Application Instructions
- Place the print on the garment.
- Press at 150°C - 160°C for 12-15 seconds with medium to strong pressure.
- Remove the film (cold peel) after it has cooled completely.
- Press again for 5 seconds with non-stick paper for maximum fixation.

File Types for DTF Stamps

Vector Files (Preferred):
AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, SVG: Ideal for logos and designs that require absolute clarity at any scale.
Raster/Bitmap Files (High Resolution):
PNG: With a transparent background (Transparent) – the number 1 choice for detailed drawings.
PSD (Photoshop), TIFF: High quality lossless files.
Important Technical Specifications:
Roller blind dimensions: Your file must have maximum width 28cm (net printing width) on a 30cm roll. The length can be as long as you wish (with the current meter).
Resolution: At least 300 DPI to ensure that the heads Epson i1600 they will provide every detail.
Color Mode: Use CMYK for absolute color fidelity.
Preparation: Avoid low-resolution images, blurry graphics or transparencies (glow/shadows) that end in 0%, as DTF technology requires "full" color for proper powder application.

What to Avoid in Design to Avoid Printing Errors
To ensure that your DTF prints are printed with maximum accuracy, avoid the following:
Low image resolution: Pictures below 300 DPI they may appear "pixelated" and lose their detail in print.
Transparencies & "Fades" (Gradients to 0%): Avoid glows/shadows that result in complete transparency. DTF requires solid color for the curing powder to adhere properly.
Very fine lines: Lines or text with a thickness of less than 0.5mm they may not hold enough glue and not transfer properly to the fabric.
Incorrect Color Mode: Do not use RGB. Make sure your file is in CMYK for the heads to perform Epson i1600 the exact color you see on your screen.
Embedded fonts: Always convert fonts to paths/outlines to avoid file reading errors.
Unclean Background: Make sure your "transparent" background is 100% clear and does not contain "orphan" pixels that are not visible to the naked eye but will print as white spots.
